    I agree with TheLadyEve - Indiana should be on there, if only for its medicaid policies that make it so impossible for the poor and disabled to get help that many people are already dead before their applications are approved. Police roadblocks to check for drunken drivers, stopping everyone whether there is reasonable cause or not -- now an officer of the law walks free from driving very drunk and actually killing someone while others rot in jail for weaving a little on the road or having 1/2 inch doobie in the ashtray. Gosh, am I rambling? I don't agree with every element of the article, but you really touched off some passion in me, Doc!
